Welcome!

I created this blog originally to keep friends and family updated with my life away from "home". A place to write down my thoughts and life events, maybe even some beauty blogging who knows!

"The longer I live, the more I realize the inpact of attitude on life. Attitue, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, the education, the money, than crcumstances, than failure, than successe, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than apperance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home. The remarkable thing is we have a choice everyday regardunf the attitude we will embrace for that day. we cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude. I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes" - Charles R. Swindoll

Updates and gender reveal!

So it's been quite a little bit since I've been one here. Life kind of got in the way. So here is the 411 of what has happened since my baby announcement!

We have finally moved back to the United States and are living in SoCal! We got into a beautiful rental house got all of out home goods stuff and my car came in last week! So we have been super busy unpacking and organizing!

We also found our the gender of our little bean!

Also, we have seen Nate's mom a few times since we've been back and she is slowly progressing! We also just got back from Utah this last weekend from attending the baby shower my mom and sister threw us! So now this week, I've been relaxing a ton and just recovering from the long road trip we took.

I also became a BzzAgent and will be doing a bunch of reviews on products! So keep a look out for those!

BIG NEWS!

Sooo I know I was suppose to do the juice cleanse... I promise I didn't slack but I was unable to do it because of some HUGE news! I'm PREGNANT!!! So all dieting has come to a halt until our little "Bean" comes!

We didn't want to announce anything until our first ultrasound to make sure everything was okay. Romi bunny is going to be a big bunny brother!

Here is baby "Bean", baby was super active even though I count feel anything since I'm measuring at 9 weeks. Nate and I are both excited for our little bundle!

And some other news, we have been approved for a different base and we are now headed to Cali! Yay for warm weather and sunshine. We are ready to leave Italy but will miss it at the same time. Just a couple more weeks and we are out here!

Spinning!

I know it's been a couple weeks since I last posted but it's been a little busy. So after I finished the cleanse I started clean eating, not as had as I thought it would be. I'm still holding sting and making healthy choices! Since then I started to go to spin class twice a week. OMG the first day (Tuesday, Jan. 7th) after spin I seriously felt like I was going to throw up near the end and after. My legs we jelly and the few days after they killed! Friday my legs killed but not as bad as the days perviously but I went to spin again. That class I killed it! I didn't throw up, I kept up with the class, and my legs felt awesome. They burned but not crazy bad like the first day. This week I only got a chance to go to spin once because I had to go to this class for moving that is mandatory for my husband, and there is only one class on Fridays. Man that class was boring but informational though.

We've also been going strong with eating mostly vegetarian. We had meat a couple times this week (Nate may had more since I don't alway pack his lunch) and I made an awesome quinoa soup! I really enjoy quinoa :)

Oh! We also got our new Breville JE98LX juicer in the mail this week and tried out first juice. I must say it wasn't bad and it was pretty filling! Next weeks adventure challenge the Nate is actually joining me in is a 10 day juice fast! I'll be posting my day to day progress, starting Monday, and feelings hopefully everyday to help me keep juicing!

Today, I'm gonna be trying out some salad recipes and compiling my list of fruits and veggies we need to start juicing! Time to snuggle with my Romi bunny and drink a warm cup of tea on this rainy gloomy day.

Skinny Bunny Cleanse Complet!!!

I did it!!! I completed the 5 day Skinny Bunny Cleanse that Rabbit Food For My Rabbit Teeth provided, I'm also going to start following her Rabbit Food Pyramid too. I am feeling pretty accomplished today!

Final weigh in weight: 197.6

Total weight loss: 7.2 pounds

Yay!!! I'm so proud that I stuck with the cleanse. Day 3 and 4 were pretty hard for me, I'm not going to lie. For a few minutes I thought I wasn't going to make it, but I pushed myself and I did! I wen't out for girls coffee with my friends Bindi and Ashly and they both told me I looked a little slimmer. Bindi insist that I needed to have before and after photos... I've very hesitant to post them but I will do it. My before picture was taken by my photographer friend John Gess ( would link him but he doesn't have his page up yet) I believe end of November, early December of 2013. A friend of mine that is getting into the modeling industry talked me into getting photos done. I guess to try to boost my self confidence. Not sure it really worked but the photos look pretty good, I also have pink hair. Here they are!

Before cleanse.

After cleanse.

I can't tell a difference at all in the pictures. But then my husband said you can never really tell on yourself unless it's a huge change. But after the cleanse I've noticed my pants fitting a little better and I have a ton more energy and the need to eat healthy. So, in all I've very happy with the results!

Today Nate and I went grocery shopping and we stayed away from as much processed food as we could. We are on a small base and getting a lot of organic stuff can be a little difficult. In fact, I'm kind of wondering why we didn't go the Interspar (one of the Italian super markets) for out fruits and veggies. I should of thought of that, jeeze, oh well next shopping trip. We got a ton of veggies and fruit and a ton of organic thing we like to eat. It's going to be fun trying new clean recipes! Oh I also had my cheat meal for lunch, real Italian pizza from New Risto Pizza. First day I've had meat or bread since I started my clean. I was telling my husband after I had some pizza that I felt kind of guilty eating it. I'm not sure it if was because I was eating meat or because it was pizza... Next week I should be starting spin with my friend Heather. Hopefully I won't die! Now if only my juicer would get here :P

Here's to starting to eat clean!

Skinny Bunny Cleanse - Day 5

I finally made it to the last day of the cleanse! Weight this morning was 198.6

Today has been pretty easy, maybe not as easy as the first 2 days, but easy. I have been looking up clean eating recipes all day and I think I'm ready for it. I'm not going to write too much tonight because I want to save most of that for my results post tomorrow! I am however gonna say I am feeling very accomplished as I write this! Off to bed!

Night!

Skinny Bunny Cleanse - Day 4

Weight check in! Today I hopped on the scale and it read 199.6!

I must admit today has been hard. I, not being a big fan of yogurt have not been wanting to eat it. I've never really liked the texture of yogurt and today I think I've hit the point where it's really starting to get to me. Also, my husband went out and bought a sandwich from a bakery and OMG I sooo wanted to seal his lunch and eat it. I didn't thought, instead I reminded myself I just have today and tomorrow to get through! I didn't realize I had so much self control when it came to food. I'm getting a little worried though for after this cleanse. I don't want to backslide, so today I already started to semi get a meal plan in place.

Since it is some what impossible to not be tempted on the weekend when my husband is off work, like in my post from the day before, I decided to give myself a "cheat" day once a week. Limitations are it has to be in moderation and I'm not allowed to take home leftovers if the meal is huge! I think I'm somewhat making Nate think about getting on a healthier diet as well. I kind of hope so if he is on board because it will make it much easier on me, especially so I won't have to make two separate meals for each of us.

Other than that I'm doing good!

Skinny Bunny Cleanse - Day 3

Checking in! Weight this morning was 201.2 pounds!

Today has gotten easier and harder at the same time. Easier because I've distracted myself most of today with house hold cleaning. Harder because every time I see pictures or shows that have food in them I want it lol. Ugh how I want a big juicy buyer right now! I also almost ate a priced of chocolate without even thinking. Before I even unwrapped it I remembered NO, you are half way through this cleanse. I have worked way to hard to keep up the cleanse to ruin it with a piece of chocolate.

I've decided today that once I start my clean eating, I'm allowed one meal a week that is either fast food or eating out. If I stray from that then. Hopefully I have enough self control that I can stick to the plan. I don't want to deprive myself of not being able to have some of my favorite foods all together. If I do deprive myself I will doom myself because I will break and backslide into my eating non stop ways.

Also, I'm having Nate bring my elliptical back into the living room for me to be able to get my workout on. I already know if I try to go to they base gym anytime after new years for a month that it will be jam packed with people trying to full full their new years resolution. Losing weight isn't my resolution this year, mine is getting my freelance business in hair and makeup up and going and hopefully going back to school (school is a maybe depends on what is going on). I'm not losing weight or doing clean eating for a resolution. Those never work out like that. I'm doing it because I want to do it for myself and for my health.

Happy New Year!

Skinny Bunny Cleanse - Day 2

First off... HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! (In Italy if your reading this in the US)

Weight this morning: 202.8
Doing pretty well but have been tempted all day... Making myself a separate breakfast than Nate and him tempting me with all the noms he was eating before we went to my friends New Years Eve party. Oh Lord not eating anything at that party SUCKED! I wanted to eat everything sooooo badly. This is the most self control I have ever had. I so badly wanted to just eat a cupcake and tell myself "It's okay just start over next week" but I had to remind myself I am not only doing this to lose weight I have to do this for my health as well.

Today has been quite a struggle. Anyone that knows me know I LOVE food! OMG I will devour some food... I'm kind of a food addict I guess you can say.  This is gonna start getting deep.

When I was younger, like junior high and high school I was pretty self conscious of what I ate even though I wanted more. My mom would tell me all the time (she still does) that I am fat. Might I add my mother is a 4'10" little Laotion lady.. Yeah of course she would be skinny and me being mixed because my dad is American I'm more curvy. I was never fat as a kid I was pretty small.. well more lanky when I was in junior high then I got boobs and a booty in high school. So you can see why I at the age was pretty self conscious of my body, I think every kid is at that age. I kind of developed an eating disorder at that age where I would hardly eat anything but when I was hungry enough I would binge eat and after I did I would feel horrible about it and starve myself again. After high school I would eat but I was also still doing the same but not as bad, until after I got out of a really bad relationship and was trying to find myself again. At this time I was in cosmetology school so I cut off all my hair and began smoking. None of my parents knew I did smoke but I think my dad suspected it. At that time in my life I was going to school full time and working full time.. I didn't really have time to eat so I took to smoking and drinking coffee with an occasional baked potato or salad from Wendy's. Then I met/reunited with a guy that I dated in high school after him a packed on a few pounds near the end of that relationship because I had gotten pregnant but lost the baby at 10 weeks. That relationship ended because of various things that I won't get into.. That door doesn't need to be opened again. After that I went into a depression and ended up in the hospital, not something that I really talk about. I had to find myself over again, this time I took to just being care free if you say. I was smoking again and also going clubbing every weekend starting Friday nights and ending Sunday mornings. I had lost a bit of weight. Then I met my husband, got married and comfortable, (I also stopped smoking, I'll sneak some every so often but I always tell Nate about it.) and packed on the weight... especially when he was in Korea for a year. I took to comfort eating, my friends knew I was packing on the weight but how do you tell someone they are getting a little heavy when their husband is in another country for a year? So I ate my feelings to the point where I was 140 all the way to when Nate got back and we were getting ready to uplift my live and move to Italy at 175 pounds!

Italy, oh country of tasty carbs is where I gained another 40+ pounds. I packed on the most weight here. I think a mix of missing home, eating out, Nate's work trips, and being in denial of my weight gain, I turned to my beloved friend and comfort food. Earlier this year was an attempt to my weight loss that didn't go as planned I was doing well I had lost around 10 pounds. Then I went stateside and gained it back and my ankle issues didn't help. I guess in a way this blog will help keep me honest and hopefully keep me motivated.

Sorry for a long rant but I figured that I might as well get my weight issues out in the open if I'm gonna help myself.

No more denial!

Skinny Bunny Cleanse - Day 1

As I mentioned a few days ago, I'm starting the Skinny Bunny Cleans from the Rabbit Food For My Bunny Teeth blog. Since today is day one I'll start by telling you how much I weighed this morning... A big 204.8 pounds... Not too proud of this number. It's not the heaviest because when I got back from vacation back in August I was pushing 208, so I got it down some what, but it's still not healthy.  So here is my critiques of my meals today:

BREAKFAST: Egg whites, spinach, raspberries, and almonds (they went on top of the raspberries). Seasoned the almonds with cinnamon and the egg whites and spinach with Mrs. Dash.

This breakfast actually wasn't too bad at all. A little band for my taste but for going almost salt free (since the blog said to not add any extra salt or sweeteners to meals) it wasn't bad at all. I kind of enjoyed it.

LUNCH: Raspberries, almonds, and plain non-fat Greek yogurt. Mixed all together with a little cinnamon. Tossed together for a salad.

This was kind of hard for me since I'm not a huge fan of yogurt. Something about the texture kind of weirds me out (don't get me wrong I will eat yogurt, but I have to be craving it), but since its apart of the meal plan I'm going to eat it. This one was a little hard for me, I've decided I don't like plain yogurt, it's not my thing. I wanted to add sweetener to it but I can't because it's not apart of the cleanse. I'm a person that needs to follow the directions to a T. It was filling though and I had to eat it in two sittings.

DINNER: Spinach, raspberries, almonds, and egg whites. Balsamic vinegar, juice from a lemon wedge, and a little pepper and garlic powered.

This meal I loved! It was super tasty and filling! My husband thought it was weird though because I had raspberries on my spinach salad lol. Oh well I loved this one!

SNACK: Raspberries, plain non-fat Greek yogurt, almond butter, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and ice cubes. Blended into a smoothie.

This was pretty delicious, I added more water to it than just a splash because I don't like my smoothies thick. But it's pretty good!

This is my day 1. I think I can get through the week with just eating these meals for 5 days. Lets hope I can!

On a side note, over the weekend I watched an interesting documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead. This documentary pulled me in and not only inspired me but my husband as well! Which is a surprise because I was watching it on my laptop while Nate was playing a video game.. He laughed at me when he saw what I was watching. But the Joe Cross inspired us to start juicing! We may not do it as long as he did but I want to try to do it for 10 days! This will be my next challenge. We ordered a juicer of Amazon what Joe recommended on his site, Reboot With Joe! Hopefully it will get to us in about 2 weeks or less because we do live overseas... for now!

Until tomorrow!

Update!

So last I left off about surgery! That was a few months ago. I know I'm not the best at keeping up with my blog... Sometimes I have things to share and I either get busy or just shy about posting. I should get better about that and just be flat out out there.

Here is a down low about my ankle.. So after months and months of on base rotor visits with their orthopedic surgeon and waiting for a scope to come in for surgery, it came in earlier this month. Well the "tested" it out on the fist guy and it didn't go where it needed to go on him, poor guy but glad it wasn't me!, they sent me off base to an Italian doctor. I finally got in with him this pass Monday before Christmas. Turns out I just needed a (very painful) injection of hyaluronic acid into my ankle, so no surgery for me! I don't understand why the doctors on base wanted to cut me open first then do an injection... Another reason why we can't wait to get back to the states.

Speaking of moving back to the states, we are headed to the great land of chile and pistachio farms of Alamogordo, New Mexico... How exciting.. NOT! We are going to be out in the middle of no where, it the freaking desert.. Hey we are close to the Mexico border... but we can't cross it because it's off limits for Nathan. Well darn.

Then there has been some crazy news. In October we had 3 family members in the hospital. Both of my parents and Nate's mom. Both my parents are fine but we got bad news about Nate's mom. She had been diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer. Since we got that news after we found out of Nate's ordered to NM we decided to try to get a humanitarian assignment to CA near his mom. Hopefully we can get them but it will be doubtful, but at least Nate's mom is responding very well to chemo and she is due to have surgery early in January!

So other than that I about to restart my weightless journey again. I weighed myself a few a days ago and I'm tipping the scale at around 204 pounds. Heaviest weight I have ever been in my life. This is going to be a very big challenge for me because Nate also wants to get the move on baby making. So hopefully I can keep up with working out, eating healthy, and losing a healthy amount of weight before and during pregnancy.

Monday will be the start of the Skinny Bunny Cleanse that I found on clean eating, weight loss, and fitness blog called Rabbit Food For My Bunny Teeth. I've been following her for a little while now and I just didn't get motivated until now. I've been missing the gym and have been wanting to start my journey again. I'm excited to get motivated again!

I'm such a slacker...

Gee wiz, it's been sometime now since I have actually had some time and something to actually write about. So much as happened since my last post! It was last January that I posted so lets do a little update...

Last year was filled with Nate being away and me become a "Key Spouse" for his squadron. Which is kinda like a person that helps out new spouse with the military lifestyle. We also went back state side to visit family last October. We got to see Nate's parents new house in Cali, saw my mom and dad in Utah, and reconnected with some of my family on my dad's side in Illinois. To be honest last year was a big blur to me, there was a lot going on and I was on busy girl.

Moving on to this year...

January, Nate was suppose to go on a work trip. He was scheduled to leave the day before out anniversary... sucks! We'll they ended up cancelling that and we didn't do anything for our 3 years of marriage. Grr, life as a military spouse! Well to make up for it we decided to plan a week long trip to Paris, France for Valentine's Day and our late anniversary! I also talked Nate into getting me a pet also since I had been begging him to get me a dog well pretty much forever :P but no doggies cause we live in an itty bitty apartment... soo I got a rabbit! He is such a little stinker too, lol, he's a gray dwarf lionhead with a big personality. Oh and Paris was amazing :D

Nate and I by the Eiffel Tower

Romi the bunny

This year we have also been taking about having a baby. Since this would be our first kiddo we have been trying to plan it out... yeah... not working in our favor. Nate got put on a list to deploy in June. Well darn, since he was being deployed I decided to go home, take that makeup class I always wanted to take ( I also went to PhamExpo), and go to my friends wedding. Well after I booked all my tickets, his damn deployment gets cancelled! So we booked him tickets home too and we also went to my cousin's wedding lol. While we were back state side we found out most likely we will be moving back to the states ( Booo! ) for his next duty station.

With a couple of the girls I want to makeup school with

So now we are back from the states and I've been getting things organized and doctors appointments out of the way... Appointments like getting a gel like substance injected into my ankle after a possible ankle surgery. Can I just have an ankle replacement where I will never have to be in pain again please? If someone knows of a procedure let me know! Hopefully no surgery though, MRI tomorrow and in a couple weeks I will know. Once all that is taken care of, then it's on to the baby making :)

Well, I gotta catch some zzz's!

It's Been Forever!

Sorry eveyone... or atleast the few that read my blog. I've been very very bad at writing for the past few months. Things kinda ran away with me and I got super busy! Since it has been since June since I posted about my happenings and (haha) 30 days I think I'll get caught up on that while I'm on a 4 hour car ride to Verona tomorrow since I'm kinda not wanting to sit up and write because of my poor poor strained back muscles :/ horrible pain. Hopefully with enough monkey medicen (kinda like Icy Hot but waaaayyy better!), ice/heat, rest, and some more ibprofen I should be semi okay. So now for some rest for my poor back, until tomorrow :)

Day 24

A photo of something that means a lot to you.

Okay well, as you know this is "Day 24" as well... Haha, "Day 23" is my travle story lol I just forgot what day I was on! Silly me haha.

Alright, soooo on with my REAL "Day 24" which I have been slacking once again with my blog... sorry :/ I know I suck... Not that it matters right :P so anyway enough about how I'm a slacker. A pictuer of something important to me is not a something, it's a someone! That someone is my daddy! As some that are close to me know, I am such a daddy's girl! My dad is my best friend and since I have moved to Italy I call him once a week just to see what's going on. What nice is everytime I call he always has a story to tell me about his week or something that is going on. Kind of different from my mom's calls that vary from 3 minutes to if something "dramatic" happens an hour. But yes my dad is my number one man (sorry to my hubby :P)! I would do anything for my dad, and he has helped me through a ton growing up. I love you daddy!

I want my body back!

Alright well this has been a goal that has been some what up in the air since I moved to Italy. I did put it into progress when I got here but my allergies made me super sick and went out of controll. Well since now I have out appartment more in order, I've been looking at a few of the recent pictuers taken of me and excuse me for this, but GOD DAMN I LET MYSELF GO! I mean Jesus! I use to be really fit and when I met my husband I was only 10-15 pounds from my goal (was around 145 at the time). Now since then I gained another 35-40 pounds! My God, I seriously was a big time stress eater when Nate was in Korea for a year... I should of had better controll so now I need to lose all this because it is a no go lol. I know some of you might think I'm being hard on myself but I kinda need to be if I'm gonna get back my body!

Me now... this pictuer really makes me feel sick... I seriously let myself go

This is where I want to be again! IT WILL HAPPEN!
So right now I'm setting my first goal. Two months from today I need to lose 10 pounds, which will be about 2.5 punds a week. It's going to be super hard because my husband is a junk food lover (he eats soooo much of it, but where does it go?) and I just need to fight it with a salad...

Day 24

A travel story.
Hmm, well since right now my life is a travel story, I'll do one from my childhood. When I was in elementary (I can't remeber what grade) I went to Laos with my mom. As some of you know my mom is from there and immigrated here during the war. She wanted me to see and learn when her side of the family came from and see how she lived. Which they still lived that way when we went to go visit. I don't know if it has changed any since Laos is a third world country and the little village she lived in was pretty much no where near any major cities. I got to meet family that I thought didn't exisit and got to live her life for a month when I was younger.

Day 22

A favorite recipe

Oh my I have a few favorite recipes! Haha, well I'll go with my yummy baked cheese cake one. This is my hubby's favorite sweet desert thing to make and we both LOVE cheesecake! This is pretty much a basic recipe for a plain one, but I always spice it up depending on my mood and change it a little bit.

Baked Cheese Cake

Crust:
2 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
*Sometimes I get lazy and just buy the crust premade in the tin :P

Filling:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs

Topping: (This part is optional, but it is super yummy!)
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter, press into buttered 8 inch pie plate to form crust on bottom and sides.

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add in lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, milk, salt and vanilla.

Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing well after each addition. Pour filling into crust.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes or until set.

Combine the 2 tablespoons of sugar, sour cream, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla; spread over top of cheesecake then bake for 10 minutes longer. Chill for 5 hours or more before serving.

It's been a little bit...

So the last time I've updated you guys on live here in Italy was when we had only been here for a month. Haha I feel like I've been here longer than that but I haven't. We've gotten uses to a lot here so far. I've made a few friends. We traveled a little bit, we've fought, we've laughed, lol gotten irritated with the country. Just a lot really.

Well since I got here I joined the spouses' group for the squadron that Nate works in and I have met some wonderful ladies! I also was able to do a little word of mouth about me doing hair and it seems to be getting out with them, which I'm happy about because I love doing hair and it gives me a chance to interact with other wives and not only my husband... Not that I don't like inter acting with Nate all the time but I need some girl talk! But more with the spouses' group... It's pretty fun and I went to the first meeting and what not. then all of a sudden I'm the Vice President of the group lol. Not that I don't like doing itm it was just kind of sudden is all. There was some drama when this happend but I think is all over now... I really hate drama so I pretty much just kept my mouth shut and went of about business for the group. Other than that I've been putting together some fun things to do for fundraisers since we support the squadon's x-maws party. More to come later I'm sure.

Well since I joined the group I met teo wonderful ladies that invied Nate and I to go to Croatia with them and their families' which was super nice. I thank these ladies for making me feel welcomed when I got here. I don't want to mention their names because of privacy but they know who they are! As we went to Croatia with them we went to Pula and saw a coliseun and had some lunch in the town. Then we went and found a beach and I got bit by some kind of bug and left a welt on my leg for about a week. Then we had an adventuer of someone. I can't remember who, wanted to go and find a nudist colony that was in Croatia. Haha, well we found it but we didn't go in to check it out. It was pretty funny day. We didn't get back until about 2am which was funny cause we had to get up at 6:30am to be at a wine tour at 8am, haha not a good night sleep, but it was fun!

Pula, Croatia

Wine tour! Well it's called here Cantina Aperte. This happens once a year and the local winerys open up to the public to do free wine tasting and you can buy a crap ton of wine! This was one of the spouses' group events, which was pretty fun. I don't think I ever saw that many vinyars before! By the 7th winery we went to I think thats when I started to feel the headach coming on, but I stuck it out! After the wine tour a buch of us decided to go to dinner at this chicken place called BeFed. Oh they have amazing chicken but I had to have Nate take me back another day to actually eat it. I felt sooo sick by the time we got there that I wanted to vomit... So we left dinner early because I didn't want to ruin the night for anyone else. I pretty much passed out when I got home. I think I got sick because of the mixter of drinking wine, the heat, and not drinking enough water.
Spouses' Group and a few husbands

Hmmm... I'm trying to think of what else has heppend since we got here. Oh we took some super cute but crazy expensive vintage photos... I think if they would drop thier price a lot more people would of gotten thier pictuers done. But we paid the money (which we did not get our monies worth) for the pictuers because they were different and we did like them but not the pice we had to pay.

Oh and we finally got out of town by ourselves by getting lost fining Ikea lol.

So other than what I tried to rack my brain to remember I think that's all that has happened so far :)

I have been sunch a slacker with my blog! I kinda feel bad cause I've thought about hurrying and just getting the 30 day thing done already lol but the n I get lazy... So now I'm just gonna try to get on here and just get er done! Haha.

A photo of something that makes me happy.... hmmmm.... I kinda have to think about this because a lot of things make me happy. Right now it's my love, Nate, hehe. Oh okay I think I have it now! Lol, it's when Nate suprises me with flowers! Yep, he always gets me such beautiful flowers for just anything really. It doesn't even have to be my birthday, or our anniversary. He just get's them from me and tells me I love you just because.

This isn't the last one he got me, but the one before. I forgot to take a pictuer of the last ones he got me :/

Day 20

The meaning behind your blog name.

the meaning behind my blog name huh. Well gee this goes way back to possibly grade school or junior high school-ish, haha. I got the nick name Nonnie I think when I was in grade school only a few people close to me called that and it stuck cause that's my my 10 year old neice calls me all  the time. Well then between junior high and high school it progressed to Jaynonnie and a few different other ones, but since Nonnie was heard so much they just stuck Jay infront of it lol. So it's pretty much Jaynon but with -nie at the end, Jaynonnie! So the meaning behing it is it's just a childhood name that stuck with me.

old memories & nicknames ♥ your, Jaynonnie

My favorite book... Oh gee this is a hard one cause I've read a few books, but I don't have a favorite yet. Right now I've been reading two different series one is by Michael Scott and the other is by Kelley Armstrong.

The ones by Michael Scott are called the Secrets of the Imortal Nicholas Famel which I finished reading the fourth book a few weeks ago. It left me with a cliff hanger lol too bad I bought all the books in paperback so now I have to wait the the fifth comes out in a paperback, LAME. Lol oh well what do you do right?

Here is first of the series.
